Jarrod, I agree with you. That perspective is actually a little higher than what I was presenting. Ultimately it's about living as the Self, being a living God. As God, you have the capacity to exhibit various characteristics such as unconditional love, appreciation, grace, forgiveness, and so on. This variety of qualities are all parts of "what you are" and so both the perspective you brought up as well as the perspective I brought up are ultimately equally valid. :)
